A liquid-cooled printed circuit board chassis, such as a Eurocard chassis, is manufactured without brazing by 3D printing a plurality of components, smoothing and completing the components by subtractive manufacture, and then aligning and assembling the final chassis, all without application of heat. Horizontal cooling channels 3D printed within the chassis components are in thermal contact with board slots, and are divided into subchannels by closely spaced internal walls that function as thermal baffles. The baffles are tilted at oblique angles to increase their cooling efficiency, and to enable AM manufacture without temporary support structures. Elastomer seals between components can connect the cooling channels to vertical connecting channels. EMI seals can be formed between the components by EMI gaskets. The components can be aligned by alignment pins, and joined together by bolts, screws, and/or adhesives. An intermediate horizontal extension can be included to accommodate shorter printed circuit boards.

The branches extend between a base to which they are connected and a free end of the applicator, which is remote from the base, and are shaped such that the cavity has a form of a surface of revolution around the main axis, said cavity being open by spaces formed between said branches. The branches extend in helical form around the main axis. The invention so developed makes it possible to obtain an applicator for mascara providing high autonomy by virtue of an internal cavity, the general three-dimensional configuration of which provides a good level of flexibility and enables easy application to the eyelashes.

The method further includes vibrating the piezo transducers to generate longitudinal bulk acoustic waves within the bioink fluid matrix such that waves from opposing piezo transducers superimpose to form a standing bulk acoustic wave to drive the cells to cluster and align along one or more nodes or nodal planes formed within the bioink fluid matrix at points of intersection of the standing bulk acoustic wave. The nodes or nodal planes are spaced apart from each other by a distance equaling half a wavelength of the standing bulk acoustic wave. The nodes or nodal planes further mimic a contour of the vibrating surfaces of the piezo transducers.
